CTD when entering a certain area?

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read this.

 

I need some help determining what's causing my game to crash. Every time I reach this area south of Heartwood Mill, my game crashes.

 

I can coc to Heartwood Mill from the main menu and run through that area with a stock character without problems.

 

There are no errors reported in any Papyrus logs. Here's what EditorPapyrus.0.log looks like:

I would really like to avoid starting a new game. I'm pretty far in this save... but, even if I do, I still need to figure out what's causing the crash.

While this may or may not fix your problem, since you are using the High Res Texture Packs, you should also use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31255/? which clears up some bugs caused by it.

 

I don't see anything that jumps out at me. Have you by any chance uninstalled any mods in this play through? If so, perhaps if you ran a script cleaner on your save that would help. Who knows, it might even help if you haven't.

Well, TES5Edit reports no errors. LOOT reports no errors. I used a save cleaner and removed 2 orphan scripts.

 

I am also getting a CTD when I try to enter Halted Stream Camp.

 

I was able to enter both areas with a new game. So, I started over. Now that I'm at lvl 25 I'm getting the CTD again.

 

This is very frustrating. How can I troubleshoot this?
