jet4571 Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Is what i was saying is not about the textures but the model itself. Does the new Gauntlets have the NEW ground version when dropped or are they using the OLD. Simple test here, put the NEW ground version in the folder where the OLD ground version goes and test it in the game. If the NEW version then shows up in the game then you have the mod using the OLD Vanilla version. Open the mod in TESSnip and check the filepath for the ground version is another way to check. I bet you the mesh is textured fine but you didn't change the ground version to look for the new one.
ghosu Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Btw you have to use those exact lines or could you place it in the last texture slot was well?
cis190 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 here is a pic of the mod gantletgo .nif file and its texture file paths is there somthing else im forgetting

cis190 Posted January 26, 2012 Author Posted January 26, 2012 O GOD thank you I finally fixed it!!!! THANK YOU!!! I felt so dumb for not knowing this!
jet4571 Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 So that was the problem? It was using the default vanilla ground rather than your new one? Don't feel dumb, often having someone suggest another possibility than the one you are looking at is often the actual fix. We humans get fixated on one possibility and stop looking at others sometimes.
