Console command help and quotes

Hey there um, I'm trying to use some console commands that require quotations in them but when I use the console it wont let me type them...anybody now why?

 

Also the commands i'm trying to run are -

 

setini "fOverShoulderPosZ:camera" -300

and

setini "fMinCurrentZoom:camera" 3

[gsmanners]

The set command uses a particular syntax. For example:

 

set timescale to 10

 

Don't forget the "to" part.
