FNV crashing shortly after load (a second to a minute)

Alright. Second try on this post (first time I made a mistake and wiped it. :facepalm: Anyways! On to the problem (and hopefully, a solution!) Right now, my game will go to the main menu, and I can load my save just fine. However, shortly after I get in-game (anywhere from 'instantly' to a minute or so, it seems a little random on the timing). I have tried, thus far, using the 'archive invalidated' feature on the Nexus Mod Manager (I remove it, then re-invalidate), using FNVedit to check for mod conflicts, FNVmasterupdate to ensure my load order is good, having Steam check the cache files (it always, oddly, says one file has failed to check and it has to redownload it, which it does instantly), and I've tried re-installing mods to ensure they are not out of date or corrupted.

And the final picture, below, is of a custom patch I made between Phalanx (A unlimited companion and sandbox mod) and A Better Cass / A Better Veronica (the mods conflicted because Phalanx wanted to load the default Cass and Veronica, so I went into FNVedit and right-clicked Phalanx and said ''copy as override into'' and made a new file, which I called PhalanxVC, which is essentially a copy of Phalanx, except loading the NEW looks of Cass and Veronica.

I really hope someone can help me with this. I'm getting tired of my game crashing continually. :confused:

I'm not sure if my issue is related or not.

 

But as I just earlier installed some mods that Kam suggested, meaning we'll have the same ones, it might be the same issue.

 

My issue is a CTD, it happens everytime.

Thankfully I've noticed one thing, it's ALWAYS at 12:00, I've tested it a few times.

 

Although I don't know which mod could be causing it.

EDIT: Also, it's 11:58 PM on my save.

 

And sleeping just makes it crash instantly.
