Shlomp
Hi! I want to create a spinning object (kind of rotor) but cant find any tutorials or hints for this. The base is a raider-windmill model, but it spins too slow. Is there a object-related script or something to make this possible? Hope there is someone who can help me. Edited March 5, 2017 by Shlomp

steve40
If you open the raider windmill in Nifskope and look at the animation controller used to turn the windmill, there should be a "frequency" property that you can change. It affects the speed of the animation. Generally the frequency is 1.0. Alternatively, look under the animation controller block and you will find the animation keyframe data. You could edit the keyframe data to make the blades turn by a larger angle per frame, or you could shorten the timestep of keyframe, for example. Is it possible to edit the art and replace it with a nif (something i put together using vanilla parts to create a different type of propeller ) so i can make the windmill into a water mill ?? Or does it have to be done with a3rd party animation creator.. Edited March 7, 2017 by greekrage
chucksteel
No you can change the nif and use an existing animation. In Beantown I have rotating Nuka-Cola signs That were built using the workshop ceiling fan animation.
