PC doesn't detect RAM or so?

I noticed that my Fallout 3 game was rather slow! So I went to that website, systemrequirementlab, that checks the specs of your pc etc. etc. and it said the following:

 

RAM

Minimum: 1GB System RAM (XP)/ 2GB System RAM (Vista)

You Have: 1.0 GB

Upgrade Suggested: Unfortunately, your RAM does not meet this requirement. Click here to see some recommendations.

 

Now, I find this weird, since I have a memory of 4096 RAM (acer aspire M3710, check yourself)

 

I have replaced the hard disc, since it was dying, could it be possible that, while repairing, the ram became loose or something?

I don't know, never paid attention to it, don't even know where they are located..

 

I've opened op properties and it says the following:

 

Installed memory (RAM) 4.00 Gb (1.00 Gb available)

 

Used System Information to view at my memory and this came out:
