Activated mods not working

Hi!

Since I reinstalled windows 10 and all my mods I have a trouble with a few of them.
Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't work at all without me changing anything.

The mods I have trouble with are:

Fill'em Up Again (Dynamic Bottle Recyclation) - Fill'em Up Again (Dynamic Bottle Recyclation) - Loose Files : Can't get it to work at all.
Ponytail Hairstyles by Azar v2.5a - Ponytail Hairstyles by Azar v2_0 - Loose files : Text shows up and can be selected but all hairstyles are bald.
Craftable Turret Stands : shows up but can't build and it doesn't have any picture for the miniature thingy spinning around, just a empty box with the text.
Survival Options - Survival Options v1.6.2 : Sometimes It counts all beds as dirty without me changing any mod, load order or ingame settings. A reinstall fixes it until it decides to not work again.

Another thing that happen is that I nowdays have to start NMM in admin mode or the game will start in bootloop, something I didn't need to do prior to W10 Reinstall.
The only mod that I don't have is the:
SMC.esp
I have no idea what mod it is, it just says that it's missing if I try to load a save prior W10 Reinstall.
âI had to wipe my computer so everything with NMM and Fallout 4 is fresh.
I've tried different types and combos of .ini changes, though I don't think this is the problem because all the other mods works.
I don't thinks it'st any conflict either because these mods don't work when they are the only ones activated.

Those mods sound broken or are missing files as you said. Uninstall each and try re-downloading to see if that helps. After a complete re-install of FO4 this is what I had to do for several mods. :smile:

I'm sorry to say that I've already done that.

I made a fresh reinstall of both Fallout 4 and the mods; on top of that I tried uninstalling them, tried a replacermod and installing the original mod again; other mods as Give me that bottle doesn't work either.
