Any mods that allow you to break into the houses that you normally need to buy?

As the title says, does anyone know of any mods that would let you break into the houses in each Hold that you normally need to buy in order to access? I'm trying to get all of the Stones of Barenziah but a handful of them are in houses I can't access without spending thousands of gold.

Open Console, Click on door, Type Unlock.

 

Its not a mod, sure but its the only way to get into Player ownable houses without Buying them. but thats just seems too cheaty for my taste. do what you will.
