Iv000
Your problem looks like all the textures are loaded as LOD textures, which are extremely low res. You should be able to fix this by deleting the "textures" folder in Skyrim's data folder or by deleting the "Skyrim.ini" and "Skyrimperfs.ini" files in the My documents folder and Skyrim's root directory (X:/Steam/steamapps/common/Skyrim). Steam should re-download the .ini files after you deleted them. If that doesn't work, I suggest deleting the whole Skyrim folder and the .ini files at My documents and installing the game again. Iv000
Are you using Ati Tray Tools, or the 11.10 drivers? If yes, then install new drivers, either the newest ones or the 11.9 ones.If you're using ATT, then set the settings to default, do the same in the Catalyst Control Center/AMD Vision Engine or the Nvidia Control panel. Besides that, I really do not know what else it could be.
