morpheurenequi
I'm ignorant in modding or programming, so I'm questioning the best way I can. When I build too much stuff in settlements (sometimes even under the construction limit) I have severe FPS drops (20-30). I have a computer good enough to run the game at fixed 60 FPS and even above if I find a way how. Is there way I can mod my custom made house to be a separate map from Commonwealth, so I can save my FPS? Thanks for reading.

AlarictheVisgoth
You're thinking of how ESO works with the instances that are necessary because you're playing an MMO. Skyrim is single player and so zero need for such instances. This is why you get mod conflicts when you try to install a PC home, building/world object in the exact same location as an existing object. This typically results in CTD---assuming your load order was even stable enough to launch and load your save game. There are only 2 ways to resolve your issue: 1. use less graphics and memory intensive building mods and play 2 or more independent save games. 2. Upgrade your gaming rig to add more RAM, a fast SSD HD, a superior GPU card, or combination of all 3 if you can afford it.
