War in Skyrim

HOWSE

Having played OOO with Oblivion I can attest to how you dared not venture off the patrolled roads until you were strong enough to fend off the attacks of some pretty challenging foes. Well my friends WIS has brought back those days of impending danger for the lower level would be adventurer. At level five I was set upon by two, not one, but two savage werewolves. If I hadn't had Lydia to absorb some of their ferocity I wouldn't be here recording the encounter (LOL). After a narrow victory over the werewolves, I thought I was bad enough to take on a Sabre cat so I stalked him into some trees and fired a sneak attack with my bow and you won't believe what happened next, that's right, not one but two of the beasts charged me. Lydia went down in a heap so they turned towards me...I closed my eyes and started flailing with my under powered mace, then I remembered I had flame magic in my other hand so I began to torch the beasts (might as well be using a book of matches) but they walked right up to me and with one swipe of a claw my health was nearly gone. I fumbled in my satchel for some heath potions and chugged down two (if one's good two had to be better, right?), as I got some benefit from the potions the other cat slapped me silly knocking my health down to near nothing again. An idea struck me, while fumbling for health potions I pulled out an invisibility potion...eurika!!! Gulp! I'm invisible! Uh, looked at the label on the back M-I-N-O-R invisibility. So that's why they kept slapping me around, huh. I survived the attack and I'm here to tell you WIS is a bad mutha...shut you mouth, but I'm talking about WIS.

What's up shadowfx78? I came upon this excellent (so far) mod while I was searching for a OOOesque experience. Why has there been so little chatter about it? Anywho, let the forum know how you like it

I sure will I loved OOO in oblivion so hopefully this becomes just like it.

I've actually enjoyed WIS very much, although I'm still using WIS 2. I haven't tried WIS 4 yet. I'll admit, I think I'm currently using the Rainbow mod as opposed to normal because the spawns were almost too often... Good mod.
