Robot recovery part mod

Well I've had to lose out on half an hour of drops an experience when ada went down for the count. No repair prompt. No self recovery on her own. I use survival so the console commands are locked to me, and I prefer it since cheating is waaay to easy.

 

So could someone design a mod that adds a part for recovering the robots once they have gone down and battle is over. I've got a couple of companions who do it on their own so it is possible, I think.
