JerseySeven Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 Glad to hear that there may be some progress on the character editor at least. I'm dismayed by reports that Bioware may have intentionally made the female characters ugly. Misguided philosophy. Anyway, I thought some humor might be in order. How about "My Sara Ryder is so ugly that..." Here's a few responses I've thought of (may not make sense if you haven't played far enough):- Gil hit on her- Liam made her wear a helmet inside the Tempest- Peebee locked her out of the escape pod
L3s7ing Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 It was also announced, that future updates will bring more optiona and variety to the character editor... Maybe everything will get better over time ^^ today another patch with animation fixes was released (1.5 if I followed the notes correctly) P.S. Liked the escape pod one :D
bbwi Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 (edited) I personally would like to see someone modding the armors..For someone playing a biotic character who's quick on her feet, I think most armors look so bulky. Thus I'm stuck with the "initiative armor I". Maybe the option to wear Cora's armor? or even the under armor without the bulky chest piece? Also, lol at Liam making Ryder wear a helmet indoor. I loved his loyalty mission. Edited April 6, 2017 by bbwi
Guest deleted7663074 Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 I need someone to make a beard mod with real textured 'cause the full beard seems like a face painting. This link explain some issue to fix: https://venturebeat.com/2017/03/16/i-hate-the-beards-in-mass-effect-andromeda/
Hurty5 Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 What I plan to do, once a tool makes it possible, is reduce the 16 second global cooldown of switching between loadouts.Having just 3 abilities is not enough for me :D
wootwoots Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 You can increase your FOV, perhaps that helps. saddly, you cant have separated fov for "exploration" and "combat" Everytime i enter combat i go in the menu to set the fov to the max, otherwise, its insanely narrow :( Would love to see something to fix that :/
DeltaType90 Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Anyone know if somebody is working on a new TexMod tool?
NoireWidow Posted April 9, 2017 Posted April 9, 2017 Anyone know if somebody is working on a new TexMod tool?Doubt this will use TexMod. It's the same Engine as Inquisition, so we will probably see the whole fake patch system applied to this game as well.

Haven't played Inquisition, but I imagine "fake patch system" is one of those things where you need to update it every time the developer updates the game?

Haven't played Inquisition, but I imagine "fake patch system" is one of those things where you need to update it every time the developer updates the game? Correct. Basically in order to mod the game, you have to add the new files as if it were a patch from BioWare. With that however, came some issues. You couldn't go certain places with mods on. Some cutscenes caused CTD. Etc. People were saying this time around it should be faster/easier for the modding community, but I don't think that's the case. Either that or there's less interest in modding MEA. Edited April 10, 2017 by Lizml86
