At least for a rideable one, as mentioned.Then add the pertinent parts to another skeleton (in your case, the Radstag skeleton).Creative usage of race, packages, follower scripts and combat styles.http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17128/? No idea, but there is a thread around (that I myself need to pour over eventually) here somewhere that has all sorts good info about it, and helpful tools.Anything from Skyrim is off limits unless you rebuild it from scratch.
