Random floating glacier and stuff in whiterun hold

Hi there. Could someone help me. I have a unsightly bug in whiterun hold.

One of your mods somewhere has deleted a vanilla reference ice flow. Its a game engine bug that it shows up in Whiterun province (co-ordinates 0,0,0).

 

You'll have to track down the offending mod and clean it with TES5edit. You could try and see if LOOT reports one or other of your mods needs cleaning. One of Gopher's videos has instructions on how to do that if you don't know how.

Thanks I found the mod causing the problem! It was the insanity clause quest mod.
