Freeze crash - Stuck on dragon logo, no fog

Hey all.
Just decided to come back and play after a few months, bit I can't seem to get past the Imperial logo on startup, with no sound, text, or fog.
I updated a few mods (Legacy of the Dragonborn, PerMa, ETaC, cliffside cottage, and Vividian/vivid weathers), remerged and rebashed, and ran DSR and PerMa patcher.
Ran LOOT and TES5Edit with no errors.
I haven't tried disabling mods yet since it takes 2+ hours for the patchers to run each time.. hoping someone with better eyesight might see a conflict somewhere before I get to (painstakingly) trying that out.
Game was running just fine the last time I played, which was a few months ago.

If you're having this problem now, then it may have been caused by Wrye Bash 307.beta2. I'm not sure if that was the issue for the OP, since beta2 came out after.

 

To fix this, you can go to the Wrye Bash posts section and download "pre-beta3" from the second sticky post.
