Not sure this is gonna be the best way to say hi. But hi!

Been around a bit now and commented a tad too. Found this place when first started playing Oblivion, sadly never played much Morrowind or it's precursors. Tend to enjoy the relative variety this site has for resources, mods, and little tutorials.

But I also wanted to post because I felt the need to ask what the forum etiquette on up/downgrading the rep of a post is. Because it seems to be largely opinion and emotion based on the few occasions I have posted. Like a recent one I made on defining the term 'cute' that got down downgraded for a yet indiscernible reason beyond some people don't like words.

So...yeah, would be nice to know the logic behind that going forward.

And hope y'all have a good day!

EDIT: Figured it'd be better to ask in here because I've never been an active member of the community, so better to start at ground zero for being 'new'. :P

I suppose I can understand, but I wouldn't really pay too much attention to the post-repping system. Especially on the Skyrim nexus.

Some of the "older" communities do seem to be a lot more "careful" with repping posts in my opinion. Your post either has to be really good or really bad to be repped up or down on those communities. I'm sure there are exceptions though, but that's just my interpretation of it.

Oh, and welcome of course! (though you've actually been here longer then me)
