Fluffells
So, I'm looking for an old race mod that I'm more than positive a massive majority of us used, known as Daughters of Ares. Unfortunately, the mod author has taken it down, and for that reason, I am wondering if any gracious souls out there are willing to help me out by sending the file(s). <

It is in fact piracy to do so without permission.
dubiousintent
Regardless of your personal view on the matter, it is Nexus policy (see "Terms of Service") and has been affirmed many times before (particularly in this case; see this thread for this same discussion), that mods belong to the authors, they have the sole right to determine what permission and restrictions are placed upon their mods, and without explicit statements stating they can be posted anywhere else, redistribution anywhere is "piracy". Posting a link to such an unauthorized copy here will get the poster banned. Pushing the matter might get interpreted as "advocating piracy". Despite your personal disappointment, let it go (at least here). -Dubious-
