codztar Posted March 20, 2017 Share Posted March 20, 2017 Ok so I was planning on what to do in my next settlement build and I was going to go for some recruitment camp for either minutemen or bos. Then I was like " I would find it pretty cool if you could sit down and do sort of a G.O.A.T test with settlers wanting to live in the settlement kind of like how it is at Covenant and at the end of the test you get to decide if they get to live their or not."
