This has all of the correct versions of Blender, the nif scipts, NifSkope, etc. that all work together. There are some newer versions of the nif scripts out there that work with newer versions of Blender, but the last time I checked there were still issues and some things didn't work right. 2.49b is an old version of Blender but it's the best working version that currently exists.
