Issue on NMM Install/Load Order

Hi there,

 

As you can tell I've got some issues with my modded Skyrim Legendary Edition which I suppose is due to a wrong installation and load order of my Nexus mods.

 

Indeed, when I put all the pugins on (they are sorted by the Nexus Mod Manager) then launch the game i'll have CTD while on the Skyrim Logo.

 

So Here are my mods list (in the install order) :

I made sure to respect the compatibity between mods (for those which are indicated by the author) and to install these mods after the required ones and the compatibility patches between mods after the concerned mods but it seems I did something wrong. After that I sorted the plugins using the NMM Plugin Sorting function then checked if there wasn't any sorting error.

I'm not sure what to do and where would my errors be so can you please check it and advise me a better Install / Load order so it can work ?

You have Requiem, but you haven't installed it correctly. Go back to the Requiem page and read and follow the instructions in full.

 

Other than that, crashing after the Bethesda logo is usually due to a missing master file. Have you run your LO through LOOT?

Ah you mean Load Order and the utility that helps you.

 

Sorry but I don't have it. But I'll try it if you say that it's better than NMM Automatic Plugin Sorter.

 

checked the Install instruction but it was quite like what I did :

  • All Skyrim DLC
  • SKSE Installed
  • Sky UI installed and Activated
  • USLEP installed and Activated
  • JRE 8+
  • Download Requiem
  • No former Requiem installation data before this one
  • Install Requiem using NMM

I'll assume you just missed this due to Requiem's installation instructions being god-awful. There's a little more to it than just installing with NMM - I'll give you a link for convenience: https://requiem.atlassian.net/wiki/display/REQ19/Installing+Requiem+using+Nexus+Mod+Manager

 

Also, LOOT absolutely is better than the built-in sort. Think of it like the crappy earbuds that came with your phone vs. a super-high-quality headset. It will also show you problems with your mods, and I can pretty much guarantee you it's going to tell you exactly what mod is causing this.
