Skyrim crashing at... well, everything.

I'm sure that this topic has been discussed previously, but I had no idea what words to use to specify my issue. My copy of Skyrim has been going through little crashes for the past hours ever since I let it undergo an update. I've put together a log of causes of crashing:

-Saving while outside (I already changed the buffering in Skyrim.ini to 24)

-Fast travelling from the menu

-Opening the esc. menu while outside

-Clicking the weapons tab in my inventory (I have SkyUI installed.)

Here is my modlist:

-Campfire.esm

-ClimatesOfTamriel.esm

-SCO Winter Landscape Decoloration.esp

-SCO Winter Edition.esp

-Frostfall.esp

-WetAndCold.esp

-Skyrim nordic Pantheon.esp

-LOHS.esp

-DSerHorsesRevamped.esp

-a PerfectFalkreath load above.esp

-SkyUI.esp

-EndlessNight.esp

-MarkathSnow.esp

-RiftenSnow.esp

-CityOfDawnstar.esp

-Cloaks.esp

-Horsecloak.esp

-1nivWIcCloaks.esp

-1nivWicCloaksPatch.esp

-Sundys_Male_Presets.esp

-Chesko_WearableLantern.esp

-Civil War Cleanup.esp

-ClimatesOfTamriel-WinterEdition.esp

-TruePeopleOfSkyrim.esp

-The Great City of Winterhold.esp

-Open Cities Skyrim (Steam Subscription because I don't have legendary)

-Tes Arena - Skyrim Legendary Cities.esp

-VagabondArmor.esp

-WindhelmDocksPathways.esp

Okay, now for the part I've been neglecting to mention. My specs. I have a TERRIBLE computer, it's actually a 2009 Dell Latitude E5410 laptop .___. I'm astounded that it can run Skyrim at all. Keep in mind however that it ran fine with all these mods before the update ^^

Processor: Intel® Core i5 CPU M 520 @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHZ

Graphics Card

Chip Type: Intel® HD Graphics (Core i5)

DAC type: Internal

Adapter String: Intel® HD Graphics

Bios information: Intel Video Bios

If you have any suggestions on how I can fix this or reverse the update, as that evidents itself to be the source of the issue, It'd be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Ah, yes, pardon me for my terminology. I'm referring to the rather frequent "cleans" initiated by steam when I say update. And "copy of skyrim" is legal, yes, bought off of steam. I warned that I'm not good at using words to describe my problems.

I doubt it is the "update" often times load orders can be changed as that causes the main issues.. Climates of Tamriel is a great mod however it is heavy and requires a lot of CPU and requires lots of memory both which of your in short supply of. Also where is the rest of your load order? I see no Skyrim, dawnguard, ect... Its is hard to help people when they do not provide the real info..
