Build basements in settler buildings

Would it be possible to add something which would allow you to build basements for your buildings in the settlement workshop, i'm on PS4 thanks

That sounds really hard, given what I know about the game engine (which granted, I'm a novice).

 

I would think that such a mod wouldn't work on PS4 anyway, as it would likely require things that are not Sony friendly.

There is a basement living mod, but:

- not for PS4

- these basements are basically separate locations, they already exist "somewhere" and what you can build in workshop mode is entrance.

making a basement addon for buildings would require scripting - ps4 - no scripting allowed. So not for ps4 sadly... (looks over at my ps4 collecting dust) ... I originally got fallout 4 on the ps4 under the ruse we would have full modding abilities, but Sony's security on the ps4 must be poor, they seem to be afraid someones going to hack peoples systems if scripting is allowed.

Same thing happened to me. I bought the PS4 specifically to play FO4. After the modding debacle, I built myself a proper gaming PC and have been much happier.

I think they still remember the crap they got over the Hot Coffy mod/hack in one of the old GTA games and it has made them paranoid...
