THERE ARE NO ALLIANCES. If you read the fist post you will see that there are no aliances and all races would be alone for the whole war. NONE would unite. ALL would be against eachother. The iperials would not be able to win. 1) All their people in the provinces would be quickly destroyed leaving few to guard the capital(probably half ot their people). 2) Their province happens to be in the way of reaching many of the races. 3) They are surrounded by all of the other races and the others only have 3 different races at their borders.

There are more than 50 percent dunmer in morrowind. You only see other races in the cities and there it is maby 60% dunmer. In some cities it is even more. Besides the dunmer unite in times of war. They unite and become one force that would be ble to hold its ground.

Alot of the imperials are not even in the capital but rather they are out governing what they can in the other provinces. With their people soo spread out the imerial pressence would be destrouyed. The capital does not have a super number of imperials. The amount in the capital would not be able to stand for a long time in a constant war. The capital does not have that many imperials. They cannoth have enough soldiers to live. The dunmer are united under the horator and will fight as one if there is any outside threat. In morowind most of the inhabitants are dunmer. More then 75% are dunmer. There are not thart many other races in the province of morrowind. If you look at the tes construction set you can see that on the island there are less than 100 iperial soldies. Most people say that there are alot of imperials in morrowind other than the dunmer. That means that there probably are not many others that belong to another rrace that are in morrowind.
