well, in this scenario, i reckon telvanni would stay solo, and redoran would team up with hlaalu, face it, telvanni are arrogant, and very stuck up, so i cant see them teaming up.

After some thoughts, the woodelves would be a race that may succeed, they are skillfull in sneak and marksman and they could make many back attacks to the other races. And there are many forests they could hide in to keep safe.

I'd say the imperials and not just because they have already conquered everyone:

- They have the most money

- They have the best diplomacy

- They have the most discipline

 

Most of the other races have issues:

- Argonians are disadvantaged outside their home terrain, the swamp and in cold climates

- Bretons lack numbers and motivation, although I rate them third

- Dark elves are divided into rival houses and lack basic resources such as wood, iron and foodstuffs (although they do have a lot of glass and ebony)

- High elves lack numbers and do not have the basic structure of society needed to support armies

- Khajit have a fractured society and lack discipline

- Nords probably have the second best chance, although they tend to be too reckless

- Orcs lack numbers and organization

- Redguards have no discipline and lack basic resources

- Wood elves are highly fractured and have no discipline

Based on weight of numbers I'd say Dunmer. Once they have disposed of a few Imperials they have the armour and weapons. But only after they had been united under the Nectarine of course. Before then possibly the Imperials on a divide and conquer basis. However with all the unrest in Cyrodill City...

The Dunmer would win. They have the Good Daedra on their side, the Hands are the strongest mortal warriors in all of Tamriel and Nerevar is reborn to unite the Dunmer and throw the Empire out of Morrowind. You can't fight a Daedric prophecy.

The imperials have the nine:stendarr,Zenithar,Mara,kyreath etc

Definitly a marvelous question. I didn't vote yet and I'm still thinking about the numerous possibilities of each race to eventually win a war. All the arguments you've been referring are quite right interesting.

What I can say about it is that Khajiit and Argonians undoubtly won't win...

Kagiit are unorganized,undisaplined and HAVE N military I personnelly have more respect in the way of war with argonians

Unorganised and undisiplined? Hardly. If you have read the A Dance in the Fire series of ingame skillbooks, you would have seen that they are a deadly cooperating force that excels in tropical, tree-heavy areas. They combine high tactical knowledge with vicious combat to have a terrible army.

 

Their combat style may not be the rank-and-file style of the Imperial Legion, but are excellent in battle anyway.
