Because of the mod's size and complexity, I'll be conducting the testing and auditions through the Beta Testing & Analysis Guild at TESA. Likewise, I'll be using their Voice Actors Project to recruit voice actors. Why not head over there and offer them your services, and try out some Beta mods before they're released?
