Vampire Dark Face (and player vampire without vampire eyes)

This is an issue that I've been having for a while now, and I can't seem to figure it out. Basically, I downloaded a series of mods a while back, one of which changed Vampire eyes and fangs, and ever since, my vampires have had these darkened face textures. No, this is not the dirt-face glitch. The skin is just ten shades darker than the rest of the body, ending at the neck seam. With a player vampire, however, the dark-face does not appear. Instead, the eyes simply don't change to the vampire eyes. It's seriously breaking my immersion, so I could use some help. I've tried uninstalling the mod, re-installing all my body/face texture mods, and any other texture mod, and I've still been unable to pin down what's causing the problem. Here's my load order:

I have been having this same issue as well

 

I have a feeling maybe its related to UNP, but I saw in the Imerious races of skyrim changelog it mentions that USSEP alters the head-meshes for vampires, so maybe that's the issue?

i have also been having this issue, but it was already happening before i tried "humanoid vampires" and "fangs and eyes" it's actually why i tried them but neither had any effect. and yes i made sure the plugins were on. i have better vampires but that shouldn't be causing the issue.
