Syrim on cryengine?!?!?!

It's not going to happen.

Not only because something like that would be illegal since it would break the permission rules and anybody who just bought Crysis would be available to play Skyrim without ever paying Bethesda, but also because something like that would be a huge and very complicated task.

To play Skyrim with the Cryengine somebody would need to re-program and re-place lots of entire parts of Cryengine,to make it work like Skyrim.

Not only somebody would have to program Skyrim's gameplay mechanics to the Cryengine like skills, levels, wearing clothes and armors, swinging swords,resistances,etc...

But he would also have to import the entire world of Skyrim piece by piece (cell by cell),and place each piece correctly like it's a huge puzzle of thousands of pieces...

And of course then he would have to re- place each creature on its right place one by one,re-write the scripts of every single quest one by one in Cryengine's Cocoa language, and of course re-make animations all over again using Cryengine's animations system,re-program the way Cryengine loads areas so it loads Cells without loading screens....

You know what ? It would just be a hell lot more easier to just import some features that Cryengine also uses like dx11 to Skyrim's Creation Engine to achieve Crysis like technical fidelity, than trying it the other way around,to make Cryengine to play like Skyrim.

Have you ever seen Crysis SDK? Its as complicated as it looks. And thats just the GUI, not even the "make stuff work" process.
