62firelight
Reminds me a couple of months ago. I killed Nazeem (Obvious reason) Heimskr (Obvious reason) and Jon Battle-Born. (You know what's wrong with Skyrim these days? You are being such an ass.) I then dragged their bodies to the Skyforge then burned their bodies with Wall of Flames, I also stripped them naked as well. Man was that an awesome experience. ;D
BrettM
Not Jon!! He's the only Battle-Born I can stand, even if his comment does get a little tedious after much repetition. If you want to kill anyone for tedious comments, I'd pick Belthor. I may off him myself if he offers to buy or sell family members one more time. BrettM
i work for belethor at the general goods storeAh, but if you off Belethor, the assistant will be running the store, so he'll have to stop saying that. Gets rid of two annoying comments with one kill! The kid seems too nice to offer to sell his sister or buy yours, so I don't think we'd hear smarmy crud from him every time we walk in. Honestly, why the heck can't NPCs just say "hello" instead of giving you their catch phrase every time? It gets so tiresome to constantly hear about cold snaps and crops, coin in pockets from working at the fishery, helping your mother sell veggies, etc., etc., et-bloody-cetera. Dial it back. Let them say their catch phrase maybe 1% of the time, and the rest of the time just give you a polite greeting.
62firelight
I'm not really annoyed by Belethor, but a little :wallbash: about his assistant. Nazeem is an example of how tiresome this greeting system works, even when you are the heroic Dragonborn saving the world from Alduin, Nazeem just shrugs his shoulder and says the phrase again and again. In Oblivion, whenever you passed a friendly NPC he/she would say "Hello there!" instead of their catch phrase. Hopefully next ES game will fix all of this.
