croc123 Posted February 3, 2012 Share Posted February 3, 2012 There are some NPC's in some areas that seem to have all of the dialogue to be a follower, can be added to the 5c84d faction, but won't follow. For instance, Sybille Stentor. In her case, I've gone as far as to remore all factions / ai packs (thanks foretrenty, the npc editor is a treat.) and she still won't follow.
