Help with a broken quest

Hi, I know that many bounty quests need the use of a console command to bring them to completion, I'm stuck with a bounty note from Raerek which says: Kill the leader of the Dragon Bridge Lookout,

 

On the map the location is already marked as cleared, probably from some earlier bounty note, when I reach the place it's empty, only two tents, no leader and no band.

 

How do I remove it as completed, I know I need the quest ID and some lines in the console, any help please?

Edit: Found the quest ID to be - BQ02

 

then in the console: CompleteAllObjectives BQ02

 

Problem solved, got the sound and the headline saying mission completed.

If you wait sometime in-game camps like those will respawn the npc's and/or mobs that need to be killed think its like a week? and times i had it show cleared on the map but there the npc's would be back. I had it happen a few times with the dragon shrines would kill them and many days later i would pass by and there are back. Give that a try other than that, for quests like those ID's not sure since they are random generated and aren't much but just some extra money. Edited February 3, 2012 by Guss

Thanks Guss, I'll leave it alone and do some other stuff, I can always revert to the console solution,
