CTD during Combat Only

[Vatonage]

Problem's popped up in my Skyrim playthrough. I keep getting CTDs (where the program briefly pauses and then closes itself out) whenever I get into mildly-intensive combat (usually involving magic). There's no slowdown or anything, just the random CTD after usually a minute or so into the fight. The game runs fine in every other circumstance. Don't know what could be causing it.

When I ran into this issue it turned out to be an overload of scripts. Ditching Enhanced Blood Textures fixed my issue (it was trying to do effects for all the injuries on various NPCs in a brawl). After looking thru your list here my first guess at a culprit is Fire And Ice overhaul (the author themselves stated the script usage can be high depending "how many are going"). Since it causes varius effects. So maybe give a test with it turned off. See if it persists.
