Geonox
heyhey! I have a question is there an option in 3d max which can lower the poly amount of an object??? So instead of 5000 vertex it will be lowered to 100 orso (just an example)...Coz I wanna use a poser model in the game but I dunnoh if the tsc can import that much poly for one object...
Almelexia
I dont know for myself how to do this, but you could go to the 3dsMax homesite and they have tutorials. Just write www.3dsMax.com and you will probably come there, if all goes right.

Peregrine
On topic, yes, 3dsmax (depending on your version) has a tool that will reduce the poly count. I've never used it though, so I have no idea if it gives decent looking results. But you don't really need to worry about that. A 5,000 poly model is just fine. My weapons mod has models from 5,000 to 15,000 polys, and none of them cause any problems.
DiseasedPunk
There is a free plugin floating around the net somewhere called polychop, i use it all the time now, however don't expect a model to look good if its taken from 5000 polys to 100 :P
Almelexia
You can download morrowind texture utillity 1.0 and covert to the right formats of programs.
Peregrine
Wrong. Please, if you don't have any idea what you're talking about, don't post. Texturing has absolutely nothing to do with the question here. And no, this texture program won't convert model formats.
