Sunnie
The only thing I don't get is what controls the color of the flames. The color of the flames is controlled by 2 different parts of the mesh. FlamesMesh02 is controlled by the Emmisive and Specular color settings, while FlamesMesh01 is animated with an effects texture and a gradient texture which is the intended effect color. You can see these texture links in this pic.http://i857.photobucket.com/albums/ab133/sunnie2_photos/Misc/nifinfo1.jpg
XCrimsonXXHazeX
The flames have changed for everything except for the quiver. I changed it's emission and specular colors, but it's still default. Any idea why? Edited February 4, 2012 by XCrimsonXXHazeX
Sunnie
The quiver itself has a separate NiTriShape (show in the pic above). Set the Emissive and Specular colors for the actual quiver in there. Edited February 5, 2012 by Sunnie
XCrimsonXXHazeX
Thanks I found the quiver before your post, but the quiver's flames are still indigo, even after I retextured DarkSwirls.dds and GradShockRune.dds, wich leads me to believe I over-looked a texture file. Sunnie
Nope, there are no other textures. The color of the swirls and gradient textures are the only ones (and are only for FlamesMesh01). Did you miss setting the emissive and specular colors for the FlamesMesh02?
XCrimsonXXHazeX
No, I already set them. Odd Edited February 5, 2012 by XCrimsonXXHazeX
XCrimsonXXHazeX
I am completley baffled. I colored everything, and changed the textures, but no luck. I've got to be missing SOMETHING Edited February 5, 2012 by XCrimsonXXHazeX

XCrimsonXXHazeX
You're saying that you want a green bound bow?
elseagoat
You're saying that you want a green bound bow? Did we ever figure out how to do this? Trying to do something similar, but not successfully. I see wierd purple-blue shiny blobs in nifscope, which I am assuming is some sort of normal map. How can I make the model show up like it looks in game? Also, when I look at the emissive colors in nifskope, i am seeing values that have equal red, green, blue. What exactly does that mean? Wouldn't that be a greyscale color? Edited April 25, 2012 by elseagoat
