DS1 Catch Pole mod?

Hey I was wondering if anyone could make a mod that add's the Dark Souls 1 Titanite Catch Pole into Dark Souls 2, I would happily accept it as a re-skin to say another weapon like the Gargoyle Bident, I just really liked the Titanite Catch Pole and how it looks in Dark Souls 1, but then to find out nether Dark Souls 2 and 3 has this weapon was very saddening as I planned to remake my Dark Souls 1 Catch Pole build in Dark Souls 2.

I have never created mods for any Dark Souls game but I have for other games, so I am not fully aware of how hard a port of some sort would be, but I am thinking it would probably have to be a complete new model and Texture, however that said I wouldnt say the Catch Pole is the hardest Model etc to make in the world, so here I am asking that if by sheer kindness anyone would be nice enough to be able to make such a mod I would greatly appreciate it.
