Random CTDs when entering town buildings as a werewolf?

This only seems to happen when I enter random town/city buildings in werewolf form, and doesn't seem exclusive to any specific shops or homes. Sometimes I'll be able to enter a building without incident, then another reload I will get a CTD upon entering the same building. I have yet to encounter this problem when entering dungeons/crypts though.

These are the mods currently running and installed with NMM (I do not use ENBs):

I've downloaded, installed, and ran LOOT. These 4 results were the only ones with yellow notifications (and all mods had green check marks) -

After perusing your thread, I came across a post by you stating "cleaning the DLC's are fine, but you should NEVER clean the skyrim.esm or the update.esm", but one of Gopher's videos readily demonstrates on how to clean the Update mod, but to leave the Skyrim.ese alone. So do I leave the Update.esm alone or no? I was a little surprised seeing the TES5Edit messages in the results as I don't recall ever having downloaded that particular mod.

Please bear with me, I was never really techno-savvy... I tend to be extra paranoid when it comes to computer issues.

Cleaning the Update.esm is actually a matter of opinion

BUT

Every person I have helped who has cleaned it has had to go back and restore it from Steam, so if you clean it, you're on your own, sorry. The Update.esm is an extension of the Skyrim.esm, which should NEVER be cleaned.

Personally I clean the DLC's and leave it at that, and I never have any problems with my play throughs.

Ah... I'll certainly leave those two alone then. Thanks for letting me know. =)

And about Wrye Bash... I run it after LOOT has sorted everything and while LOOT is open? And what is the purpose of the green text (C Encounter, C RecordFlags, ect) listed after some of these mods?

No, when you're done with LOOT you close it, THEN run Wrye, same thing with Wrye and FO4Edit

It's best if you only run 1 program at a time except for Wrye and NMM - any changes you make in 1, the other will mirror, but ONLY those 2 programs

I'm not that familiar with cleaning DLC's so I don't feel comfortable commenting on the green text BUT i think LOOT is telling you specifically, what needs to be cleaned

Understood. I appreciate your assistance and patience with me. =)

I've been perusing through Nexus, Skyrim, and Steam forums and even Youtube to try and collect as much info as I can before I start tinkering with any other mods like these. With so much info and and so many possible outcomes, it all seems rather daunting to a techno-noob like myself. x__x

EDIT: Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is there any possibility at all that saved games could become corrupted after using LOOT or Wrye?

No, that's impossible. Although, if you open wrye and click on the saves bar up top, it will tell you if the save is good or not by the color - best to worse - Purple, blue, green, orange, red

If the save is any other color besides purple then either your load order was changed or you are missing mods that you HAD installed at one point, and the save will actually tell you which by looking on the right side where it says " File ". Below is a perfect example of what I am talking about, notice all the different colors for the saves, Also notice the user was able to Fix his TOP save

Ok, good to know.. thank you. =D

In your Beginner's Guide, you have Wrye Bash 306-beta Standalone Executable listed, but I see Wrye Bash 307-beta1 Installer and Wrye Bash 307-beta1 Standalone Executable as their (most recent?) additions in their files list. I DL the installer (installing straight to the Skyrim folder?), then run the Standalone Executable, correct?

ALways use the latest version and always use the Standalone. YOU want to open the zip and drop WRYE into the folder simply because you want to keep track of where the files are for future reference. So yes, use 307.
