AJStoner
It MIGHT be possibile to import that, I'm not sure. I know you can convert a lot of FO3 mods pretty easily with WryFlash by changing the required masters and doing a little tinkering. Since there aren't overlays in the FNV race menu, however, it might require a fair amount of work. Edited April 5, 2017 by AJStoner
madmongo
FO3 and FNV are very similar games, so porting a mod from one to the other can be done with a bit of fiddling. Skyrim is a lot different though, so you can't just tweak a skyrim mod and have it work for FNV. That doesn't really matter in this case though, since FO3 and FNV don't have tattoo overlays. You can have tattoos in FO3 and FNV, but you have to do it by making different races with the alternate tattoo skins. I didn't check the mod permissions, but assuming you had permissions to use the skyrim mod's textures, that still probably won't help much. The issue here is that the skyrim mod uses UNP, and that body type isn't available in FNV. I haven't looked at the textures but I very much doubt that they match up. So basically, directly porting that mod isn't going to work. I've made quite a few tattoos for my own use. It's not that difficult. I don't have the time to make any for anyone else right now though. Deleted35328905User
checked their permissions you can use the assets to other games and they all transparent so its easier to put on the body but they all 4k textures and not many body mods have 4k
devinpatterson
I experimented with a alternate means of tatoos that allowed one to add and remove them (through your inventory, and restricted to specific armors with appropriate exposed skin via a formlist) independent of a custom race texture. Here is a simple preview pic (couldn't find the full sized one).http://i1066.photobucket.com/albums/u404/devinlpatterson/3tatsPreview_zpsefc42f8d.jpgIt involved a close fitting alpha mesh (alph) with the tat and hanging it off a body slot. It worked pretty well most of the time and avoided all the pitfalls of a custom race, but a sizable minority of vanilla armors with exposed skin had significant variations on the body meshes. I made some NCR military tats as well as brotherhood, I hope to get back to teh project someday
