Fitch3k
I am running MMM, which is awesome, but the story line seems affected. I love the death claws and yao guai running around at lower levels, but there is also outcasts and enclave, which I would prefer not to see, till the story reveals it. Is this an effect of MMM? Is there a way to change just that part? I have a few minor mods running in the back ground, but based on their utility it doesn't seem like they would be causing the early sightings (ie. sprint, bullet time, basic needs, wasteland travelers). Any answers would be appreciated.
redeyesandlonghair
I haven't encountered this myself... Though with a bit of creativity you can easily explain their existence away... maybe they're scouting parties? :
betto212
this is not a normal randon encounter ?
Fitch3k
I wouldn't think so b/c I haven't gone into DC yet and met the brother hood.
redeyesandlonghair
I wouldn't think so b/c I haven't gone into DC yet and met the brother hood. actually, if I think back to vanilla Fallout ( it was on PS so we can be sure it was vanilla ), I started a new game where my objective was to not go to megaton ( went in the oppositte direction ), ignore quests, and just wander the wasteland. I ran into some brotherhood outcasts within the first half hour of play, so that is in fact a normal encounter. Fonger
yes meeting brotherhood-outcasts in the wastes is normal but meeting enclave should only happen after a trigger in the main quest. (hard to tell which of these happened from the OP) Edited February 6, 2012 by Fonger
