SavageArtistry
I have a pair of elf ears that I got from one of the races posted here on the Nexus. I want to use them to replace the vanilla high elf ears in my game. Unfortunately, these ears come attached with earrings so that wouldn't work for the male elves (at least the way I want them in my game). Now, I have Nifskope, and I know I can try to select the earrings in the render window, right click, and delete them from "Block." The problem is that I can't select just the earrings. Would someone please tell me how to ungroup the earrings from the ears so that I can delete them? Much appreciated. Thanks. http://i43.tinypic.com/30kc9px.jpg
David Brasher
If you click on the earrings and it selects the earrings and ears and everything, then it is all one big mesh. If that is the case, it is impossible to just remove the earrings in NifSkope. That would only work if the earrings were a separate mesh from the ears. So what you would have to do is learn to become a modeler, and use Blender to change the mesh so that there were no earrings.

I thought it might just be a setting I was missing. Thanks for responding. Edited February 5, 2012 by SavageArtistry
