When and at what level did you go to diamond city.

As the title says I want to know when you went to diamond city.

I've done as many side quests as I could and am currently gathering resources for settlement building.

I'm level 28 and have gotten a bunch of good guns, a 2 shot automatic pipe rifle, a few modded weapons which all are really good.

But I've yet to go to diamond city.

Just wanted to know what you people did before going to diamond city.

Did you go there at level 7 or such like I did on my first play through?

Or did you take your time like I am now.

No clue when I got there on my first playthrough, I remember doing the quest to rescue Preston & Friends and the first Minutemen quest before going there (believe I got the Corvega Assembly Plant one). But I don't remember what way I went or if I did any other quest on the way to DC itself.

During my most recent playthrough I slowed down levelling quite a bit (as in, I require more experience to level up) but I still got there fairly early. Probably level 5-ish. Just because I wanted Piper with me. :tongue:

Normally I'd say I probably get there around level 15 if I'm not going there for something specific I want early on. Possibly higher because I like building and exploring too much...

65 I think.

Jeez 65 eh, I don't think I could wait that long before getting annoyed with the lack of places to buy shipments.

@zax141

this is an intriguing topic;

is this for personal interest, or as a survey?

If it is for the latter, I am happy to share more specifics in detail if such as play approach,

mod lists for that time reference, and overall plan of approach up till that point.

ie like the playthrough trophy data or the Telltale games 'season continuity arcs" etc?

I'm keen to know what the average was for given variables.

this metadata helps form an understanding of 'canon' and 'continuity' in FO4.

I'd like to know what the 1Sigma Gaussian Mean of the audience is... and compare that with

the random sample of the audience for their playthroughs. is there clusters?

I'd then like to sift that for any hofstede and hofstede and zipf distributions by regionalization...

I may not be the best respondent, as I am not from a standard deviation,

though it can still provide qualitative data as to different approaches.

I just do what I always done since Morrowind. As soon as I get control, I wander around killing things.

The question was meant as nothing more than a general inquiry.

Also, Not gonna lie. I didn't read half of what you said.

Also.... 2293... jeez, wow, I really don't think I could wait that long to blow up the Prydwyn.

Honestly though, seems like a really cool way to play the game.

Well, mind you, the first time around I didn't know there would be a Prydwen to blow up. Anyway, I don't really remember, but maybe something around level 50 or so?

It wasn't about shipments or the prydwen or whatnot, really. More like just I SERIOUSLY didn't want that kid back. I wasn't gonna take the risk that I go there and Kellog is like, "Here, it's all yours." (Cue dramatic Star-Wars style, "NOOOOO!")
