EnvyDeveloper Posted April 11, 2017 Share Posted April 11, 2017 (edited) I've been working on this for the past few months, on-and-off for the most part but now I'm pretty confident that it will get a release.What's the general plan: The good guy playthrough in Nuka World is severely limited to just Open Season, and the Traders were never really fleshed out like I had hoped.This mod will add a new questline, which surrounds the second upcoming battle to control the Nuka World Power Plant. You will be able to side with the Traders this time and end the tyranny of the Raiders, or you can keep the status quo and side with the Raiders.What's done: Finished the Nuka World BoS questline. Most of the quests have multiple ways of finishing them, also making use of your SPECIAL and perks to unlock new ways of achieving the same outcome and unlocking new dialogue.Finished the Institute Exiles questline.Finished the Traders questline. Everyone is fully voiced. And also to continue the New Vegas feel that Nuka World has, including classic Fallout music. EnvyDeveloper Posted April 18, 2017 Author Share Posted April 18, 2017 The 5th quest, which is easily the most complex so far, has almost been done, just need to figure out how to swap the Gen 3 synth for a Gen 2 one for the synth creation quest. You mentioned siding with the traders. Is this the same as "The Brotherhood Questline", or something separate? But they are only a side faction. The two main factions will be the Traders and the Raiders, and the main quest will surround their conflict and the inevitable final battle. Thanks for the link. I've always been a quest writer and implementer, and I'm struggling to get the detail that is required from Fallout 4 level design. Any help from a level designer would be very much appreciated.
