Oh? I do have the DLC but they aren't in the load order. According the file

then ignore what I said about that.

 

You STILL need to go back and read every mod description page as per

 

you are going to HAVE to read the description page for EVERY mod and disable each one that requires ANY of the DLC's

I "believe" only ONE of these is supposed to be installed

Choose 1 "esp" among 5 versions, (i dont merge the 5 versions to avoid a list of 120 items):
- "1.Very Light" for those who are fearless.
- "2.Light" for those who fear by the deathclaws.
- "3.Average" for those who fear by the raiders.
- "4.Heavy" for those who fear by the molerats.
- "5.Very Heavy" for those who are afraid of their own shadow.

 

This may not be the only mod causing this kind of conflict and could very well be the sole source of your crashing
