Skyrim better Performance, need help

Hello everybody
First I would like to apologize for my bad english.
I currently have a GTX 1070 + i5 6600k and 16GB Ram. Have however the following problem, partially massive Framedrops .. 60fps suddenly go down to 10-15 fps. In the skyrim SE I have also about 300 mods but the game runs smoothly, here it is sometimes really to the **** up .. I post times my mod list and hope you can help me, which mods are superfluous, which can I remove .... Thank you :) JK's cities I currently disabled
