Aterr
Not sure if this is game, equipment or settings problem. I have been enduring a Graphics problem that is a bit annoying... characters mouths and eyes seem to emit light (a lot) and no matter what I do, I can't seem to stop it. I've also come across a problem where my Player Characters Armor light does not function or seems to, but does not illuminate the area. Sometimes a reload appears to correct this for a short time. I have provided a short DXdiag excerpt in case someone more knowledgeable than I, could offer some suggestions. ------------------System Information------------------Time of this report: 1/8/2017, 10:57:34Machine name: DESKTOP-LEN9NTVMachine Id:Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393) (14393.rs1_release_inmarket.161208-2252)Language: English (Regional Setting: English)System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.System Model: B85M-DS3H-ABIOS: BIOS Date: 08/10/15 10:21:59 Ver: 04.06.05Processor: Intel® Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHzMemory: 16384MB RAMAvailable OS Memory: 16350MB RAMPage File: 3380MB used, 15401MB availableWindows Dir: C:\WINDOWSDirectX Version: DirectX 12DX Setup Parameters: Not foundUser DPI Setting: Using System DPISystem DPI Setting: 96 DPI (100 percent)DWM DPI Scaling: DisabledMiracast: Available, with HDCPMicrosoft Graphics Hybrid: Not SupportedDxDiag Version: 10.00.14393.0000 64bit Unicode---------------Display Devices---------------Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960Manufacturer: NVIDIAChip type: GeForce GTX 960DAC type: Integrated RAMDACDevice Type: Full DeviceDevice Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1401&SUBSYS_32021462&REV_A1Device Status: 0180200A [DN_DRIVER_LOADED|DN_STARTED|DN_DISABLEABLE|DN_NT_ENUMERATOR|DN_NT_DRIVER]Device Problem Code: No ProblemDriver Problem Code: UnknownDisplay Memory: 12236 MBDedicated Memory: 4061 MBShared Memory: 8175 MBCurrent Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (60Hz)Monitor Name: AOC 2476W1Monitor Model: 2476WMMonitor Id: AOC2476Native Mode: 1920 x 1080(p) (60.000Hz)Output Type: HDMI-------------Sound Devices-------------Description: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)Default Sound Playback: YesDefault Voice Playback: YesHardware ID: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0887&SUBSYS_1458A002&REV_1003Manufacturer ID: 1Product ID: 100Type: WDMDriver Name: RTKVHD64.sysDriver Version: 6.00.0001.7765 (English)Driver Attributes: Final RetailWHQL Logo'd: YesDate and Size: 3/9/2016 12:00:00 AM, 4853504 bytesOther Files:Description: 2476WM-4 (NVIDIA High Definition Audio)Default Sound Playback: NoDefault Voice Playback: NoHardware ID: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0072&SUBSYS_14623202&REV_1001Manufacturer ID: 1Product ID: 100Type: WDMDriver Name: nvhda64v.sysDriver Version: 1.03.0034.0017 (English)Driver Attributes: Final RetailWHQL Logo'd: YesDate and Size: 9/29/2016 12:00:00 AM, 212936 bytes------------------------Disk & DVD/CD-ROM Drives------------------------Drive: C:Free Space: 168.0 GBTotal Space: 456.6 GBFile System: NTFSModel: CT480BX200SSD1Drive: D:Model: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50Driver: c:\windows\system32\drivers\cdrom.sys, 10.00.14393.0000 (English), 7/16/2016 05:41:53, 173056 bytes

Aterr
i also get the light in mouth problem.maybe its nvidia problem or maybe we just need another patchNot a Clue here... been looking for an answer pretty much every where. If this were the Fallout 4 forums, I'd have had a 100 responses by now. I'm thinking that it's an in-game setting that I'm missing. I got the newest NVIDIA Drivers, used the Optimal Settings, no change. I'm at a loss.
