MrZocka
Hi I tried to Install the Following Mod in Fallout 3 "Hi-Res Weapons v3": http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/481 (Its a Texture Mod which Replaces the Games Base Textures with the ones from the Mod.) My Problem now is that the Textures won't load for First and Third Person but appear on the Weapons when they're being dropped out of the Inventory (the Pip-Boy). I also made some Pics: https://ibb.co/h2VHqk https://ibb.co/cO6OVk https://ibb.co/eOnxqk https://ibb.co/hajcqk I already use the Mod "ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated" and have set bInvalidateOlderFiles= from 0 to 1 in the FalloutPrefs.ini and in the Fallout.ini. (Documents\MyGames\Fallout3) I also pasted all the file Directorys for the Textures into ArchiveInvalidation.txt (Main Game Folder) My Archive list in FalloutPrefs.ini looks like this: SArchiveList=ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa, Fallout - Voices.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - MenuVoices.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa In case you'll need it you can find "ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated" under: http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/944 For Mod Installation i use NMM / Nexus Mod Manager. It would be great if anyone could help me. Many Thanks in Advance Greets MrZocka
M48A5
Do not use the stand alone "Archive Invalidation Invalidated" file. Do not change any of the .ini files. Do use "Archive Invalidation" that is found under the "Tools" tab in NMM. If it is active, de-activate it, then activate it. This is toggling archive invalidation that has been posted thousands of times on the Nexus. It must be done every time you make any changes to textures. If it is not active in NMM, activate it. If this does not fix the problem, you have done something wrong during the install.
MrZocka
First of all Thanks for the Answer ( The M48A5 is a nice Tank btw ;) ) I deactivated ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated and moved my edited ini Files into a differrent Location so the game would create "unchanged" ones. After that i Deactivated and then Re-Installed the Mod and applied the Invalidation trough NMM. Unfortunately its still not working :/ What did you mean when you said. "Do not use the stand alone "Archive Invalidation Invalidated" file. "? I used NMMs Invalidation to Install Mods until now but I tried the ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated now for the first time because of this Problem.Maybe i just missed something. M48A5
Don't use this: "I already use the Mod "ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated" Uninstall it and only use the one that is part of NMM. Do not use NMM to install the mod. It is an old mod and NMM will not install it properly. Follow the installation instructions found on the mod description page: "Installation:-copy data folder into your Fallout 3 directory." After installing the mod, toggle (turn off then turn on) Archive Invalidation in NMM. If archive invalidation is not active after you install the mod, activate it.
