Getting Random Blue Textures

This problem has been addressed before, but I'm getting random blue textures on my game. So far, these textures have been on non-obtainable torches, a barrel, and some rocks. I've just started a new game and I've only explored Whiterun. I want to fix this as soon as I can. I have my load order here.

 

Note: I do have Skyrim 2K textures and SMIM. However, I don't know if it is these mods are the ones causing the trouble. I also just recently switched to Mod Organizer. I'm still learning it and my game so far has been great. The only problem is the blue textures.
