Guest deleted2630050
The downside to getting a CPU upgrade these days is that it also likely requires a new Motherboard and RAM as well. But with a $1000 budget, that's not too bad. You didn't list your case, so I'm going to assume you have an ATX Motherboard. If you're intending to just play games on it. This is my recommendation... If using Windows 10 is alright with you, a 7600K costs about $30 more. But if you intend to stick with AMD or maybe looking into doing some content creation as well... niphilim222
OOOH cool i had no idea the new amd supported ddr4, i may have to get me a AMD Ryzen cpu. A 6 core vs a 8350, makes up for the lost 2 cores one would beleive.

TritonEXE
With my new rig, I am having serious internet connection problems. When my computer is not connected to the internet, my connection on all my other devices is very good. Everything runs fine. However, when my new computer is connected to the Wi-Fi, my connection takes a sudden drastic nosedive. Can anyone help me?EDIT: Seems like it was due to my computer uploading 35GB of stuff to OneDrive.
xSkyrimNexusCandy
EDIT: Seems like it was due to my computer uploading 35GB of stuff to OneDrive. OneDrive's a pain in the ass ....... Didn't notice that most of my Documents folder were getting uploaded to my MS OneDrive account ..... Best if you disable it
