redeyesandlonghair
I remember there was a utility for oblivion that uninstalled all files related to a mod. After you installed the mod, you would go back to the .rar or whatever, take the files from that and put them in a remove folder. The utility would then look at what was in the remove folder, and get rid of all similar files in your install of oblivion. I thought I glanced something like this for fallout 3 once, but can't find it again.
Fonger
a utility to remove a previously installed mod hasn't been found but a utility that will install a mod then eventually uninstall it properly is your choice of FOMM or NMM
redeyesandlonghair
Actually it turns out the one for Oblivion can be used for fallout as well :3 Oblivion Mod Remover
Fonger
for oblivion you can also use OBMM to re-install the mod from archive then uninstall it. but FOMM won't work this way.
