No mods, clean install, still CTD

I've uninstalled everything, turned on logging, made a new character, and I still am getting crashes around Dawnstar. I'm sure other places would cause crashing, but Dawnstar is the most reliable place to test at.

I've tried testing it with USLEEP both deleted and active, I've 'verifed the integrity of the game cache', cleared the inis, whole nine yards-- and I still ctd. Here's the log from the latest try, this one with USLEEP ticked on--

All these are pretty consistently there after every crash, except that last one-- that's a new one. But each test results in the same crash at Dawnstar, regardless of if I walk there or tmm 1 to the point.

 

 

(Is there an easier way to copy+paste from the log viewer?)

why is your new character using non-loaded esp's

 

something you doing is not lining up with what you are doing

That's what I was confused by but not only do those patches not exist for SSE, I found a forum post by arthmoor-- "Probably the most common type of "error" you're going to see in the log. This isn't actually an error at all. It's a generic message spit out by one of the vanilla game functions that's used to check for the presence of other mods in your game. It just means that the mod it says doesn't exist is not being loaded right now. Ignore these."

So I assume it's just a normal function of USLEEP? I am not positive about anything having to do with scripting, so if I'm wrong on that it'd honestly be nice
