Changeable NV/non-NV Scope

I would love to see a scope, preferably with a multi zoom feature, that could be switched between night vision and non-night vision. I do not like having to carry two rifles just so I can have one for night and one for day.

 

Before anyone asks why I cannot use the night vision one in the day. I have always found the vanilla night vision scopes to be too dark so I am using a mod that changes the colour and brightness of the scope. It does however, render the scope worthless in the day time.

I found that the Recon Scope worked very well at any light level.

 

And there are couple of good mods that will increase the magnification. Try Lethal Scopes and Iron Sights by Derpsdale or Enhanced Scopes by dAb.

 

Unfortunately, I do not know of a mod which creates a scope with Variable Zoom. My solution is to use a scope with a magnification that is compatible with the range of the weapon.

I found a solution that does what I want. I now use a mod that crafts a range of night-vision goggles. That gives me the night vision that I want but I only have to use the one regular scope and I get night-vision with it if I have my goggles on.
